* fix: Added security scan workflow with a cron job in the nri-flex repository

* Removed the TODO comment from the push_pr.yml file

* Added the desired cron job and jobs to scan other dependencies in the yml file

* fix: Replace Nancy with OSV Scanner and remove CodeQL job

- Replaced deprecated Nancy scanner with Google's OSV Scanner
- Removed CodeQL job to avoid conflict with default setup
- OSV Scanner provides comprehensive vulnerability detection with SARIF output

* fix: Remove OSV Scanner to simplify workflow

- Removed OSV Scanner due to action compatibility issues
- Existing scanners provide comprehensive coverage:
  - Gosec for Go code security
  - Govulncheck for Go dependency vulnerabilities
  - Trivy for filesystem/container scanning
  - Dependency Review for PR analysis
- Simpler workflow with fewer potential failure points

* fix: Use reusable security workflow from coreint-automation

Simplify security.yml by using the centralized reusable_security.yaml workflow from newrelic/coreint-automation@v3 with skip-dirs for build.

* ci: add permissions to security workflow

Constrain default token permissions to read-only for contents
in the security.yml GitHub Actions workflow.
