Resume persisting browser and Playwright session

Store both the Playwright session and browser context as class
variables, then add a class method that is hooked into with the atexit
library to close both when Python exits. This will allow us to safely
cleanup the persistent browser and Playwright session so that we can
leverage the performance benefits of only instantiating each once.
