Lencerf 
fix(sev): filter out empty KVM CPUID entries

For AMD SEV-SNP, the guest CPUID table is limited to 64 entries.
On some platforms, the CPUID list from KVM exceeds this limit but
contains entries with all-zero values.

Filter these empty entries out to reduce the size of the CPUID list.
