Commit Message

refactor(git): move IsMainBranch from backend interface to Service level

Both go-git and external backends had identical IsMainBranch implementations
(call CurrentBranch, check for main/master). Move this logic to Service,
eliminating duplication and shrinking the backend interface. Also simplify
CreateBranchForPlan to call CurrentBranch once instead of twice.
