fix Cache getFile

Fix getFile key parsing to ignore suffixes after '__' and correctly detect two-part keys. Previously the code counted '-' segments across the entire key and required more than two parts; now it counts '-' only in the prefix before '__' and uses >= 2 so two-part keys are accepted and split using explode('-', $key, 2). This prevents misinterpreting keys that include a '__' suffix when building the cache file path.
