fix: Add Content-Type header to $putv2/$patchv2/$delv2 methods

Fiber's BodyParser requires Content-Type: application/json to parse
JSON request bodies. Without it, requests fail with 400 Bad Request.
$postv2 already had this header but the other v2 methods did not.
