Fix imagePullSecrets propagation to ProxyRunner (#3557)

Description
This PR refactors how imagePullSecrets are applied to the ProxyRunner.

This PR introduces a dedicated imagePullSecrets field under ResourceOverrides.proxyDeployment to allow explicit configuration for the proxy server.

Changes
API: Added imagePullSecrets to ProxyDeploymentOverrides struct.
Controller: Updated MCPServer controller to apply these secrets to the ProxyRunner's Deployment and ServiceAccount.
RBAC Helper: Enhanced the RBAC client to handle ImagePullSecrets when ensuring resources.
Documentation: Regenerated the CRD API reference documentation (docs/operator/crd-api.md).
