test(creation): update tests for jQuery 3.7.1 and CDN

Update Creation.cs tests to use jQuery 3.7.1 from code.jquery.com instead of the older version from Google's CDN. Adjust assertions and internal field declarations accordingly.

- Switch test URLs to https://code.jquery.com/jquery-3.7.1.min.js
- Update expected assertion values (content length, type, file name, URLs) to match new file
- Refactor private field declarations in Creation class for clarity
- Add BOM to Spidey.Tests.csproj
