Enhance vitest configuration and improve test coverage

- Updated `vitest.config.ts` to exclude additional files from coverage: `src/quire/index.ts`, `src/server/index.ts`, and `src/utils/index.ts`.
- Added coverage thresholds for statements, branches, functions, and lines, all set to 95%.
- Expanded tests in `auth.test.ts` to cover edge cases for token verification and error handling in the callback server.
- Enhanced `client.test.ts` with new tests for handling query parameters and response validation.
- Improved error handling in `oauth.test.ts` for various edge cases, ensuring robustness in token exchange and refresh processes.
- Introduced new utility functions in `cors.ts` and corresponding tests to validate path matching logic.
- Updated `http-server.ts` to manage session lifecycle more effectively, including handling session closure and eviction logic.
