chore: add readonly to constructor parameters and use optional chaining

- Add readonly keyword to 77 TypeScript files with dependency-injected constructor parameters (153 readonly declarations)
- Replace 'variable && variable.field' patterns with optional chaining (variable?.field) and nullish coalescing (??) operators in 4 files:
  - side-menu.component.ts: 2 instances
  - person-list-page.component.ts: 3 instances
  - person-list.component.ts: 4 instances
  - user.service.ts: 1 instance

These changes improve code safety by preventing accidental parameter reassignment and provide cleaner, more modern TypeScript syntax for null/undefined checks. All build, lint, and test validations pass successfully.
