Implement structured stderr logging for mcp-sparql

* Initial plan

* Implement proper logging in mcp-sparql using stderr

* Add comment explaining any type for stderr parameter

* Make stderr parameter mandatory and use proper Writable type

- Remove lsd:module from package.json to avoid Components.js parsing issues
- Remove build:components script since we no longer use Components.js for this package
- Make stderr parameter mandatory instead of optional
- Use proper Writable type from node:stream instead of any
- Update test to reflect mandatory stderr parameter
