fix(style): resolve Codacy static analysis issues

- Replace control character regex with Unicode property escape (\p{Cc})
- Simplify regex patterns ([0-9] -> \d, [7] -> 7, [a-z] for all letters)
- Remove blank lines between object properties in UI files
- Add named constants for time calculations to avoid magic numbers
