Add MetaAndAssetCtxsParams to  support dex param and fix lint err (#129)

* feat: enhance MetaAndAssetCtxs function to accept optional dex parameter

* Add MetaAndAssetCtxsParams struct for optional DEX parameter in requests

This commit introduces the MetaAndAssetCtxsParams struct, which includes an optional Dex field. This allows users to specify the DEX to query, defaulting to the first perp DEX if not provided. This enhancement improves the flexibility of the MetaAndAssetCtxs request handling.
