refactor: Use RouteSummary for nearby routes

Replaces the narrow `domain.Nearby` type with the richer
`domain.RouteSummary` for items included in `RouteMetadata.Nearby`.

The PostgreSQL query for fetching nearby routes is updated to include
detailed summary information like title, summarized description,
geolocation, and distance (km) by joining with the `routes` table.

Other changes:
*   Updates various Go dependencies in `go.mod`.
*   Removes the redundant `models/domain/nearby.go`.
*   Adds `gps-routes-api` to `.gitignore`.
