Use thread pool for processing OSM blobs (#114)

On a 2018 MacBook Pro with 6 Intel CPUs, it takes 46.4 seconds
and 45.1 MB peak memory to read all the node-containing blobs
in the 2026-01-19 planet dump.  Note that this is just shuffling
around the compressed blobs: the workers don’t yet do any actual
work, not even decompression.
