Added support for customizing the SelectInput

Changes:
- Added “select_options” (similar to TinyMCE Input’s “editor_options”) for customizing the Bootstrap Select Picker;
- Split SelectInput template into smaller parts for easier enhancements;
- Fixed mixup between “title” and “label” properties;
- Removed ‘selectpicker’ CSS class from ‘<select>’ to fix unapplied select picker options;
