Release 0.0.18.post1 (#582)

There was a bug in our publishing pipeline where submodules under
``aas_core_codegen`` were not included. In this version, the submodules
should be now included as well.

We had a misconception how Python packages files and how include/exclude
packages are to be specified in ``pyproject.toml`` file. Namely, we
thought they refer to filesystem paths, while Python expects module
names. In addition, ``include`` needs to include the asterisk as it will
not automatically descend into submodules.
