Improve web UI with progressive disclosure and streamlined navigation

Reorganizes the sidebar navigation into Work and Advanced dropdowns to
reduce cognitive load. Hides technical details (branch, worktree, file
lists) and advanced workflow actions behind collapsible toggles across
Dashboard, Project, Quick, and TaskDetail pages:
- Layout: Work/Advanced dropdowns replace flat nav items
- TaskCreationTabs: secondary start modes hidden by default
- ActiveWorkCard: technical metadata in collapsible section
- SpecificationsList: implemented files behind toggle
- WorkflowActions: sync/continue/reset under Advanced actions
- Project: advanced source types collapsed by default
- Quick: responsive grid layout with better card structure
- TaskDetail: key on task ID to reset state on navigation
