Commit Message

Add multi-platform release workflow

Builds native riddlc binaries on macOS ARM64, macOS x86_64, and
Linux x86_64 when a GitHub release is created. Also builds the
universal JVM version. All artifacts are uploaded to the release
and the homebrew-tap formula is auto-updated with SHA256 hashes.

Triggered by release creation or manual dispatch.
