Remove unused fixture variable assignments from person spec files

- Removed unused fixture variable from beforeEach methods in:
  - person-family-child.component.spec.ts
  - person-family-spouse.component.spec.ts
  - person-parent-family.component.spec.ts
  - person-parent.component.spec.ts
- All 1069 tests passing
