Further reduce duplication in spec files with enhanced helper

- Enhanced setupPersonComponentTest() with options pattern
- Added inputs, detectChanges, and service override options
- Eliminated repetitive component property assignments
- Replaced all TestBed.inject() calls with mocks from setup
- Removed unused imports (TestBed, UserService, PersonService, FamilyService)
- Reduced boilerplate setup code by ~30-40% per spec file
- All 1069 tests passing
