Refactor spec files to reduce duplication

- Created person-component-spec-helpers.ts with shared test setup utilities
- Refactored 4 person module spec files to use shared helper:
  - person-family-spouse.component.spec.ts
  - person-parent.component.spec.ts
  - person-parent-family.component.spec.ts
  - person-family-child.component.spec.ts
- Reduced ~120-150 lines of duplicate test setup code
- All 1069 tests passing
