Remove redundant non-unique index on `investment_operations.transaction_id`

This migration drops the original non-unique index on `investment_operations.transaction_id` to reduce write overhead and improve performance. A later migration will add a partial unique index on the same column to enforce a one-to-one relationship between operations and transactions. This change maintains the historical integrity of the database schema.
