Update auth0-python to 5.0.0

The changelog is real scary "Major Rewrite" but the authentication API
did not get changed and our only usage of the auth0-python library is
`from auth0.authentication import Users as auth0_Users`.

Now whether it's worth pulling half of pypi worth of dependencies is
another question but at least this won't break our code...
