feat: Rename --device-type flag to --compatible-types

Replace the --device-type CLI flag with --compatible-types across all
write subcommands (rootfs-image, module-image, bootstrap-artifact).

Ticket: MEN-9010
Changelog: --device-type CLI option is now replaced with more generic --compatible-types
BREAKING CHANGE: --compatible-types must now be used instead of --device-type
