Add PlainVector3 type and update JSDoc

Introduce PlainVector3 interface in data/types.mts and reference it from class/Vector3.mjs via a JSDoc import. Replace inline object param annotations with Vector3 | PlainVector3 for vector-consuming methods (fromVector, equalsVector, subVector, multiplyVector), and make addVector explicitly accept Vector3. These changes clarify the accepted plain object shape for vector operations and improve type documentation.
