Add CLI command to migrate TinyDB pockets to SQLite (#273)

This pull request adds a CLI command `migrate-pockets` to convert TinyDB databases (JSON format) to SQLite databases, addressing the need for users to migrate from the legacy TinyDB backend to the newer SQLite backend that will become the default in v2.0.
