Merge branch 'split-lib' into 'develop'

Split out data types from lib in a per-endpoint fashion

This ugly, ugly (sorry!) merge request pulls out numerous data types into per-endpoint packages, reducing the size and organisational complexity of the lib package.

Also contains the commit from !16, so that develop and master are nicely synced.
