chore: upgrade to Go 1.25 and update dependencies

- update go.mod to Go 1.25
- update GitHub Actions (checkout v6, setup-go v6, golangci-lint-action v9, goreleaser v6)
- update all Go dependencies (testify, routegroup, rest, mongo-driver, etc.)
- modernize code per new linters (interface{} → any, strings.SplitSeq, range over int)
- fix testifylint issues (assert.Len, assert.Positive, assert.Greater, etc.)
- add .idea/ and .DS_Store to .gitignore
