Commit Message

Adopt validation package from toolhive-core (#3564)

Migrate from internal pkg/validation to toolhive-core/validation
subpackages as the second adoption from the shared library per THV-0032.

- Replace validation.ValidateGroupName with groupval.ValidateName
  (from toolhive-core/validation/group)
- Replace validation.ValidateHTTPHeaderName/Value with
  httpval.ValidateHeaderName/Value (from toolhive-core/validation/http)
- Replace validation.ValidateResourceURI with httpval.ValidateResourceURI
- Remove internal pkg/validation package (now provided by toolhive-core)
