Feed templates: `items` instead of `pages` + optional `updated` (#2307)

Standardize feed/list templates to iterate over items (not pages) and treat updated as optional. Templates (ATOM/JSONFeed/RSS/extended feed/partials) now use items, use updated|default checks before outputting updated timestamps, and replace various is defined checks with safer |default checks. Page model no longer force-sets an updated DateTime by default, so feeds and JSON data only include updated when present. Also adjust fmVariables naming in JSONFeed, improve cache key to fall back to section_page.date, and update fixtures/themes accordingly.

Move includes/page_li.html.twig to layouts/partials/page_li.html.twig and update index.html.twig to include the new path. Replace several "is defined" checks with the safer "|default" pattern and add Twig whitespace control ({%- -%}) to prevent extra blank lines. Minor whitespace/EOF adjustments applied.
