fix(CLI): Improve multi-sentence log messages and update AGENTS.md

- Fix capitalization in multi-sentence log messages:
  First word lowercase, sentences after periods capitalized
  Example: "unable to find file. This file is used..."

- Update AGENTS.md with clear distinction between:
  1. CLI tool code (Go conventions)
  2. Generated template code (Kubernetes conventions)

- Add reference links for both Go and Kubernetes logging conventions
