Add methods for looking up nodes

Concretely, a new index is added that can be accessed through the
methods readNodes, getNodes, or matchNodes.
This index is only created when `indexNodes` is set to `true`, as it
defaults to `false`.

This can for example be useful for optimizing the Nodes function in
SPARQL's property paths:
