* feat: support GitHub references in markdown

Adds `remark-github` to the markdown renderer to automatically link
issues, pull requests, and user mentions.

- Pass repository context to `InfoPopover` for proper link resolution.
- Ensure all markdown links open in a new browser tab.
- Improve text extraction for `Mermaid` code blocks.

* feat: add GiHalt icon for blocked status

Update `StatusIcon` to use the `GiHalt` icon when a pull request
is in a **blocked** state. This provides a clearer visual indicator
for this specific status.
