fix(analyzer): address code review findings - fix critical bugs and improve type safety (#1497)

- Fix typo 'exeptions' -> 'exceptions' in CatchOnlySystemExceptionAnalyzer
- Add missing [Shared] attribute to CatchOnlySystemExceptionCodeFixProvider
- Fix wrong DiagnosticId in SmartContractMethodNamingCodeFixProviderUnderline (NC4018 -> NC4020)
- Fix IndexOutOfRangeException in SmartContractMethodNamingCodeFixProviderUnderline for short method names
- Fix IPropertySymbol -> IMethodSymbol in BigIntegerUsageAnalyzer.AnalyzeMemberAccessExpression
- Fix wrong namespace for ConcurrentBag in CollectionTypesUsageAnalyzer
- Fix case-sensitive enum parsing in NepStandardAnalyzer (add ignoreCase: true)
- Fix inverted logic in FloatUsageAnalyzer (.All != -> .Any ==)
- Fix inverted logic in DoubleUsageAnalyzer (.All != -> .Any ==)
- Fix false positives on Object methods in StringMethodUsageAnalyzer
- Improve type comparison in SmartContractMethodNamingAnalyzer to check namespace
