fix(parser): handle escape sequences in quoted arguments (#44) (#49)

Added support for escape sequences within quoted strings:
- \" -> " (escaped double quote)
- \\ -> \ (escaped backslash)
- \' -> ' (escaped single quote)

Unrecognized escape sequences preserve the backslash, matching
OpenSSH's argv_split() behavior.
