feat: add date grouping for recent pull requests (#255)

Implement monthly grouping for the "recent" view in `PullRequestsList`.
This provides better visual structure when browsing PRs by date.

- Group pull requests by month and year (e.g., "Oct 2023").
- Ensure pull requests are sorted by creation date in descending
  order.
- Update the UI to display date headings and calendar icons when the
  "recent" view is active.
- Explicitly sort GitHub API search results by creation date.

Fixes #116
