feat: add `raise_for_status: bool` flag

The change introduces a `raise_for_status: bool` flag for
`sparqlx.SPARQLWrapper` methods that can return an
`httpx.Response`. The flag determines if
`httpx.Response.raise_for_status` is called on a given response; this
can be useful for inspecting non-2xx status code responses that by
default would raise an `httpx` exception.
