feat: support organization repositories and PRs (#254)

* Added `read:org` OAuth scope to access organization data.
* Updated PR search to use `author` to find pull requests created by
  the user across all namespaces (personal and organizations).
* Updated repository fetching to include organizations and
  collaborations using `listForAuthenticatedUser`.
* Increased repository fetch page size to 100.
