* Add SSD1316 OLED driver support

- Add ssd1316 device class extending ssd1306 with 128x32 default
- Add unit tests and reference data
- Update documentation

Fixes #402

* Address review feedback: use named constants, fix copyright year, remove CHANGES.rst

* Update README with SSD1316 and copyright year

* Update description and keywords in setup.cfg
