Chore/update examples to nuget 3.9.1 (#1501)

* chore: ignore .worktrees

* chore: update examples to use NuGet packages 3.9.1 and apply code fixes

- Switch from local project references to NuGet packages (3.9.1)
  - Neo.SmartContract.Framework
  - Neo.SmartContract.Testing
  - Neo.SmartContract.Analyzer
- Update examples Directory.Build.props:
  - Set UseLocalAnalyzer=false to use NuGet analyzer
  - Set UseLocalFramework=false
  - Set UseLocalTesting=false
- Update unit test projects to use PackageReference instead of ProjectReference
- Apply code fixes from dotnet format:
  - Replace implicit UInt160 initialization with UInt160.Parse()
  - Fixes NC4055 analyzer warnings
- Update template versions from 3.8.1-* to 3.9.1
