add more attributes to Issue/IssueDraft

namely:

	FaultTree
	SearchStatus
	PropertyId
	ExternalPropertyRef

also add an around modifier to IssueDraft to set Firstname when the
FirstName attribute is set as there is an inconsistency in the names
of these attributes so it's nice to make them consistent in usage
of this module. tweak documentation to explain this

bump VERSION and Changes for CPAN release
