* feat(security): Add fuzzing infrastructure with atheris, hypothesis, and schemathesis

- Created fuzzing/ directory with test examples
- Added fuzzing dependencies to requirements-dev.txt
- Created .github/workflows/fuzzing.yml workflow
- Documented fuzzing in CONTRIBUTING.md and fuzzing/README.md
- Added hypothesis cache to .gitignore
