test(fuzz): add comprehensive struct roundtrip fuzzer

FuzzStructRoundtrip tests encode/decode roundtrip for structs with all
supported field types:
- Basic types (string, all int/uint sizes, floats, bool, bytes)
- Slices (string, int64, float64)
- Maps (string->string, string->int, string->float64)
- Pointer types (*string, *int, *int64, *uint64, *float64, *bool)

Uses fuzz input to deterministically populate fields and verifies all
fields match after roundtrip. This would have caught the pointer field
decoding bug that was fixed in v0.3.6.
