* Refactor transfer cleanup logic

Moves the logic for queuing the destruction of old transfers and sending notifications into a new private function `queue_transfer_cleanup/4`. This improves code readability and maintains the separation of concerns within the `change/3` function. The new function handles the after-action callback and manages notifications more cleanly.

* Add multi-currency transfer functionality

Implements the `create_multi_currency_transfers/1` function to handle the creation of transfers involving multiple currencies. This new function encapsulates the logic for creating both source and target transfers within a database transaction, ensuring atomicity and proper notification handling. The existing transfer logic is refactored to utilize this new function, improving code organization and maintainability.
