Dashboard tests (#25)

* feat: add comprehensive test fixture and fix e2e test setup

- Create progress-full-events.txt with all event types for e2e tests
- Fix waitForServer to use root endpoint instead of non-existent /ping
- Add .gitignore exception for new fixture file
- Add plan file for e2e test coverage expansion

* feat: add e2e tests for error event rendering

Add TestErrorEventRendering to verify error events from the progress file
are rendered with proper styling (data-type="error" attribute and red
color). Test covers: correct data-type attribute, visually distinct
styling, and handling of multiple error events.

Also update test fixtures to include properly timestamped error lines
that are correctly parsed by the tailer.

* feat: add e2e tests for warning event rendering

Add TestWarnEventRendering to verify that WARN: lines from progress
files are rendered with correct data-type="warn" attribute and
amber/yellow styling (#fbbf24).

Also updated progress-test.txt fixture to include warning events
for test coverage.

* feat: add e2e tests for signal event rendering

Add TestSignalEventRendering, TestSignalFailedIndicator, and
TestReviewDoneSignalHandling to verify that signal events (COMPLETED,
FAILED, REVIEW_DONE) properly update the status badge and trigger
terminal state behavior.

Also fix progress-test.txt fixture to include signals on timestamped
lines (the tail parser requires this format for signal detection).

* feat: add e2e tests for task boundary rendering

* feat: add e2e tests for iteration boundary rendering

Add TestIterationBoundaryRendering to verify Claude review and Codex
iteration headers are rendered correctly with proper phase attributes
and iteration numbers.

Fix phaseFromSection to check "codex" before "review" so that "Codex
Review" sections get PhaseCodex instead of PhaseReview.

Add tests for scroll position updates on new content and scroll-to-bottom
