Fix azure-cosmos SDK compatibility: pin to >=4.9.0,<5.0.0 (#1075)

* Initial plan

* Pin azure-cosmos to >=4.9.0,<5.0.0 and add regression test

- Updated setup.py to pin azure-cosmos dependency to >=4.9.0,<5.0.0
- This prevents the Session.request() partition_key compatibility issue
- Added regression test for update_document with partition key
- All tests pass with azure-cosmos 4.14.5

* Remove redundant assertion from regression test

Address code review feedback: remove redundant item parameter assertion
since it doesn't add meaningful value. The partition_key assertion and
body verification are sufficient.

that the collection field is preserved in the updated document, matching
the pattern in test_update_document_success.
