* refactor(api): move api folder to common/api and update configs

Move the api folder to common/api to prepare for a shared common folder
structure. Update path alias from @api/* to @common/* for future
extensibility (e.g., @common/types).

- Move api/ to common/api/
- Update TypeScript configs with @common/* path mapping
- Update Vite/Vitest configs with @common alias
- Update ESLint ignores for new path
- Update generate-client scripts in package.json

* refactor(api): update imports to use @common/api/generated

Update all import statements from @api/* to @common/api/generated/*
to align with the new path alias structure.

* revert: revert tsconfig node and adjust import in vitest setup
