refactor: simplify main.go using extracted packages

main.go reduced from 1100 to ~670 lines by using:
- pkg/plan.Selector for plan file selection
- pkg/git.IsMainBranch and EnsureIgnored for git operations
- pkg/web.Dashboard for web dashboard management

unified printStartupInfo to handle both execution and plan modes
