perf(struct_encoder): optimize slice encoding for primitive types

Eliminate per-element allocations when encoding primitive slices.

Before: 1M int64 encode = 23ms, 1M allocs
After:  1M int64 encode = 8.7ms, 1 alloc (2.6x faster)

- Add direct encoding for []int, []int8/16/32/64
- Add direct encoding for []uint, []uint16/32/64
- Add direct encoding for []float32, []float64
- Fallback to reflection only for unsupported element types
